Ramiro Godoy, CEng MCIBSE MIET Msc DipIng

Director
I am a graduate of the Ecole Nationale Superieure d'Ingenieurs in Grenoble and the Imperial College of Science and Technology, where I was awarded an MSc in Heat Transfer Engineering. I have over 25 years experience in energy conservation and building services on a wide range of projects, including primary and secondary schools, local authority and luxury housing, sports facilities, office developments, conservation projects and medical facilities.

David Au-Yeong, BA

Director
I graduated as an Industrial Designer, and I have a keen interest in detailed design. My diverse range of experience within the building industry has come from a front line involvement in wide variety of projects. Unusual projects include a flood water compensation scheme in Farnborough and 20 metre wide rotating roof turrets for the National Centre for Popular Music in Sheffield that automatically tracked the wind for ventilation input. This project was the subject of a lead article in the Building Services Journal (March 1999). Projects like Sarum Hall School and Whitfield School were featured in the architectural press. I was also the lead engineer for a media centre and recording facility in Covent Garden for Dave Stewart, of Eurythmics fame.

Vivek Devan, MSc BEng (Hons)

Project Engineer

Niraj Vibhakar, MEng (Hons)

Project Engineer
Through my role as a building services engineer, and my passion for design and improvement, I can create spaces that will make a positive difference to peoples’ lives and the environment. I have experience of working through all stages of a building’s formation, having worked on a variety of private and public buildings, both new-build and refurbishments. I thrive in creative and dynamic team environments; having a generalist role allows me to take a holistic approach to the design of the building services system and interface with the entire design team.

Phil Evans, MSc BSc (Hons)

Consultant Engineer
I previously worked in a few different construction industry roles before settling into Building Services. My reasons for seeking the career change included my desire to find out how technologies work, to collaborate in overcoming design challenges, and an interest in energy. Environmental issues concern me and as a result I have a Masters degree in Sustainable Building Engineering, through which I am also a certified Passive House designer/consultant.
