Bart Stevens, CEng FCIBSE Bsc (Hons)
Director
With over 35 years experience in the building services industry, Bart specialises in the design of low energy and sustainable buildings. Through his time he has worked on several award winning buildings. His other specialist area is the control of building services and producing a number of expert witness reports for building services.

Ramiro Godoy, CEng MCIBSE MIET Msc DipIng
Director
Ramiro graudated from the Ecole Nationale Superieure d'Ingenieurs in Grenoble and the Imperial College of Science and Technology, where he was awarded an MSc in Heat Transfer Engineering.
He has over 25 years experience in energy conservation and building services on a wide range of projects, including primary and secondary schools, local authority and luxury housing, sports facilities, office developments, conservation projects and medical facilities.

David Au-Yeong, BA
Director
David graduated as an Industrial Designer, which has developed in him a keen interest in detailed design. His diverse range of experience within the building industry has come from a front line involvement in wide variety of projects.
Unusual projects include a flood water compensation scheme in Farnborough and 20 metre wide rotating roof turrets for the National Centre for Popular Music in Sheffield that automatically tracked the wind for ventilation input. This project was the subject of a lead article in the Building Services Journal (March 1999). Projects like Sarum Hall School and Whitfield School were featured in the architectural press. He was also the lead engineer for a media centre and recording facility in Covent Garden for Dave Stewart, of Eurythmics fame.

Niraj Vibhakar, MEng (Hons)
Senior Engineer
Niraj has a passion for design and improvement, which allows him to create spaces that will make a positive difference to peoples’ lives and the environment. From joining us in 2014, he has builIt up experience of working through all stages of a building’s formation, having worked on a variety of private and public buildings, both new-build and refurbishments. He enjoys working in creative and dynamic team environments; where having a generalist role lends a holistic and practical approach to the design of the building services system while interfacing with the entire design team.

Alexander Cox, MEng (Hons)
Consultant Engineer
Alexander studied Mechanical Engineering and graduated from Lancaster University in 2018. He worked as a project engineer for two years across multiple sites in central London ranging from hospitals, offices, schools and restaurants. By working on construction sites Alexander was able to experience many aspects of MEP services. He is passionate about improving the efficiency of buildings and implementing modern technology to projects. He takes satisfaction in working with an experienced workforce that is encouraging and resourceful. Since joining SGA in 2021, Alexander has been working on a range of buildings including offices, bars and a music venue.
