New 100 person theatre and restaurant. The theatre is mechanically ventilated with cooling derived from a ground coupling system. Air is supplied from an AHU located under the theatre and is naturally exhausted through the 'crack' in the shell. The restaurant is naturally ventilated with extensive use of made of night cooling from heavy roof slab.
