A new visitors centre, a new gallery and refurbish-ment of the existing galleries within this Scheduled Ancient Monument. The visitors centre was a new structure partially buried similar to the fort making use of the thermal mass of the ground for cooling. The new gallery was a lightweight structure loosely attached to the existing building so as not to damage the existing building.
