Refurbishment of an existing Grade II listed Victorian school building. This involved the construction of a new entrance and school office block, creation of a new large kitchen, the creation of new classrooms and the refurbishment of existing classrooms. A new condensing boiler was installed to provide the hot water for the new kitchen. Due to planning restrictions the exhaust air from the kitchen had to be discharged at low level and so was passed through carbon filters. All lighting was energy efficient and daylight linked where appropriate.
