Refurbishment of several existing buildings on a site near London. The main house was refurbished to a very high standard as the main residence. An adjacent barn was refurbished as other a media room, living areas and offices. The scheme also included a swimming and a district heating system. As the estate has a lot of woodlands a biomass boiler was included, unfortunately this was rejected by the Planners.
