Full internal refurbishment of existing industrial building to be become new office space for 100 people. The offices have a mixed mode ventilation sys-tem. The space is naturally ventilated via rooflights and also through an un-derfloor mechanical ventilation system . The space was cooled by making use of the thermal mass of some elements of the building.
