New block of 63 flats containing both affordable and standard flats. The ground floor contains commercial units, these will be used as a cafe and a doctor's surgery and shops. Different areas of the building are designed to achieve BREEAM excellent and very good rating. Services include CHP, ground source heat pumps, heat recovery ventilation systems to the common areas and low energy lighting.
