Construction of a new residential building in London. It contains a swimming pool and gym in the basement. The lower floors of the building are mechanically ventilated by MVHR units. The upper floors are designed to be naturally ventilated and make use of the thermal mass of the structure to stay cool in summer. The building is designed to achieve Code for Sustainable Homes level 4.
