Refurbishment of the existing Grade A listed building. A new entrance hall will be created in the existing basement. This involves relocating most of the existing main distribution services. A new fully air conditioned environmentally controlled gallery will be created from one of the existing galleries. New environmentally controlled storage area complying with BS 5454 will be created.
