Complete refurbishment of an existing grade II listed building. Use was made of natural ventilation except the historic halls where mechanical ventilation with heat recovery has been installed. The scheme was designed to achieve BREEAM ìVery Goodî status. The refurbishment includes all new services throughout, a new build extension at the rear, a new open plan office and two new HMOís for staff use.
