Modernization of an existing multi-tenanted office building in London Soho with all new M&E plant and fan-coil air conditioning. The fan coil system uses controls that nearly eliminate final setting up time. The plant will be centralized, with the addition of a pre-fabricated plantroom that will just need craning into location and connecting up.
